Pasta with asparagus and speck

Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry onion gently in oil until softened. Add chopped asparagus and cook for 1-2 mins

Add speck, cook for 2 mins, then spoonful of cream and a bit of pasta cooking water. Cook for another 2-3 mins or until pasta cooked

Drain pasta then add to sauce. Mix and serve with Parmesan :)
