First wash aspagauraus properly.

Now cut stem of each aspagauraus from bottom and keep them aside.

Take a pan,add 2 tsp olive oil,then add chopped garlic.Saute it for about 1-2 minutes.

Now add aspagaraus,saute it. Cook until they becomes crispy. Then add salt and black pepper powder. Turn off the gas.

Now sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well.Burnt garlic aspagauraus topped with parmesan cheese is ready. Serve hot.
