  2. 3/4 kgall purpose flour
  3. 11/2 cupBoora sugar
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. Ghee as required

    Make a dough of all purpose flour.add little ghee as a moin

    Roast mawa in kadai

    Stir continuously till a nice aroma spreads

    Now the mawa is roasted and colour is changed to brown

    Keep it in a plate add boora sugar to it

    Make balls of all purpose flour

    Roll it with the help of the roller

    With gujiya mould make gujiyas fill mawa stuffing seal it with the help of little water

    The gujiyas are ready for frying

    Heat ghee in a kadai.put gujiyas in kadai

    Fry them on both sides
