Steps

Take the mawa in a clean surface and mash it for 2-3 mins.

Now make small discs like shape from it.

In a saucepan add sugar and water and boil it for 10-12 mins.

Now make a batter with flour, water and pinch of salt. The batter consistency should be ribbon like not very thick or not very thin.

In a kadhai pour oil and heat it up

Now put the mawa disc in the flour batter and put it in the hot oil and fry them for a little bit don't make them golden brown.

And immediately put them in the hot sugar syrup.

Let it be like this for half an hours and serve it to your friends and family
