Ingredients

  1. 1 cupplain flour
  2. 1 tbsprice flour
  3. 2 tbspmelted butter
  4. Salt
  5. Water to mix
  6. 3-4bananas, not too ripe

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients together to make a thin batter

  2. 2

    Cut the bananas to about 5 cm long and 2 cm thick. Add to the batter

  3. 3

    Heat the oil, and fry the bananas- enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee and sometimes vanilla ice- cream
