Ingredients

8-10 servings
  1. 1 cupcashewnuts(kaju)
  2. 1/3milk powder
  3. For sugar syrup
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1/3 cupwater
  6. 1 tbspgulukand (add gulakand in kaju katli mixture)
  7. 2 sheetsSilver work
  8. 1Sharp knife for cutting
  9. 2 sheetsButter paper
  10. Belan

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take the cashewnuts(kaju) then blend it in mixture..blend the cashewnuts (kaju)with pause of two three minutes and the outcome should be fine.

    Then sieve the cashewnuts(kaju) and then mix it well with milk powder..then kaju katli powder iss ready.

    Take a pan and melt the sugar in medium flame.and make one tar chasni..and then switch off the gas and add the cashewnut(kaju) powder prepared again in it and mix it well..

    If in case chasni is thick then add few spoon of water..then keep it for ten minutes to cool.

    Then take butter paper sheet..and apply gee onto it..and make sure that kaju paste mixture is prepared in a smooth dough..

    Then cover the dough with another butter paper sheet..then spread the paste with belen..and add 1 t-spoon of gulkand onto it..

    Apply one more layer of kaju mixture..then spread it evenly..

    Apply work over the kaju katli and cut in required shape and size....with the sharp knife and after half an hour when it become cool then serve it in plates...
