Ingredients

  • 250 gmmutton
  • 1 cupcurd
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash mutton and marinate with salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil and onion,tomato puree and all spices

  3. 3

    Add curd and stir continuously

  4. 4

    Add mutton and eniugh water,mix and cover it and cook on low flame till mutton become soft
