Homemade Balushahi
Steps

First we make balushahi dough so take a bowl add all purpose flour and fresh curd & warm ghee then add salt & pinch of baking powder & baking soda then mix with hands till texture looks like holding or binding shape then add limited water through spoon and make a dough.

When dough is ready keep aside for 40 minutes rest.

Meanwhile we prepare sugar syrup heat the pan add sugar in it & water stir continuously in low flame till it become sticky then add cardamom powder & saffron strands mix it then off the flame.

After 40 minutes apply some ghee on our hands & taking small portion of dough & give round shape press gently in center of balushahi.

Heat another pan add ghee or oil for deep frying when it's heated 1 by 1 all balushahi deep fried till golden brown in colour.

Then spread sugar syrup over all balushahi it should be coated well or dip 5 to 10 minutes in sugar syrup.

Spread chopped dryfruits over it or fix it in a center of Balushahi it looks beautiful.

It's ready to serve with festivals or occasion.
