Steps

Dry roast desiccated coconut in a pan for 1 minute,so that it's raw smell goes out

Heat kadhai, add fresh cream or malai and sugar. Stir well until 1 string consistency.

Add coconut and cardamom powder.

Add saffron milk.mix all properly. Remove from gas

Rest it until cool. Make laddu.

Now garnish with almonds
