  • 56 gmUnsalted Butter
  • 112 gmCooking Chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoonBaking soda
  • 160 gmBrown sugar
  • 10 gmSugar
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tablespoonCoffee (u can omit if just want chocolate one)
  • 85 gmFlour
  • 56 gmWalnuts if desire
  • 1/2 tspVanilla ess

    Method *
    Melt chocolate and butter together put coffee in it let it cool
    Hand whisk eggs and sugar well, now pour in melted chocolate whisk. now add dry ingredients and fold them. remember don't over mix put in 8 inch pan bake at180
