Measure all ingredients. And prepare the baking tins. Pre heat the oven.

Air the flour thoroughly then add in all other dry ingredients and mix well.

Beat margarine and sugar thoroughly then add an egg at a time as you mix them with the hand mixer.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.

Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins.
- 6
Pour the batter in the baking tins and bake for 45 minutes or until when the skewer inserted comes out dry.

When ready remove the cake and let it cool then remove it from the tin after 10 minutes
