Take a large bowl and add all the dry ingredients. Start kneading them. Add little water and keep kneading. The dough should be smooth and the stiffness should medium.

Cover the dough with a samp cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, knead the dough again. Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll them out into pooris.

Deep fry until golden brown and crispy and all puffed up. Enjoy with Chana Masala or Aloo ki subji.
