  • 1big Cote ice fish
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Thyme
  • Curry
  • Vegetables oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash the fish very well, marinate with all the above listed ingredients and allow for 10 minutes to penetrate inside.

  2. 2

    Pour oil in a pan, allow to be hot, fry your fish till desired colour is achieve.
