In a mug: mix the apple with the banana, sugar and butter. Cover the mug with cling film pierced several times.

Cook in the microwave for 1minute at 50 seconds. Pour off any excess liquid. Add the rum and stir again.

In a bowl, mix the butter, soft brown sugar, coconut flour and salt with your fingertips to form a dough.

Crumble it into the mug and cook in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 800 watts. Let it cool a little before eating.
