Flour and cocoa powder.. Brown sugar and powder sugar...Oil and vinegar will mix together

Honey and hot water mix it well...and put some chocolate and cashewnut.. add salt in the pan and pre-heat for 10 min...after pre heating a pan put inside one stand,place batter in cake tin and then bake the cake for next 25 minutes.
