Simple jollof rice with crispy fish finger

Boil ur rice set aside. Washed and chopped ur tomatoes set aside. Chopped ur onions, chopped ur garlic and set asid.

Put ur sauce pan on the cooker, add ur onion and garlic for 5 mints. Add ur tomatoes and fry for 10 mints on low heat and add ur tomato paste.

Then add your curry,nutmeg,thyme,maggi, salt,pepper and carrot stir well and leave for 5 mints.

Put in the per boil rice in the sauce and mix well, you can add your stock if you have or water and cook.

For the fish finger: put in 4tablespoon of olive oil allow to get hot a bit then add your fish finger and shallow fry until it get a bit brown then you can take out from the fire. Note= my fish finger is already prepared all I did was to shallow fry it.
