First of all take a pan heat proper then add oil then put sugar for proper caramelized.

Then add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion after then add cauliflower, cabbage and carrots.

Put salt for proper cooking then add red chilli sauce then add corn flour puree (1table spoon corn flour +1 /2 glass of water) mix well.

Than add one glass of water, cover the pan for two three minutes, then switch off the gas flame, then serve with coriander leaves, some black pepper and fresh cream.
