Take a bowl first break the biscuits in to pieces

Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat roast walnuts and hazelnuts for 5 mins

For Chocolate Sauce:-

In a pan add sugar and coco powder Stir to combine gradually water while stirring to combine well Add the butter and cook sauce for 7-8 mins

Remove from heat cool down the sauce and vanilla essence in it Set aside to cool for 10 - 15 minutes Pour the chocolate sauce on biscuits while using spactualla or spoon cover and refrigerate for 30 mins

Add roasted walnuts and hazelnuts on biscuit layer

For Ganache:-

First take a pan boil the cream than add chocolate pieces in it and make a thick ganache. Pour chocolate sauce on the biscuit layer garnish with some nuts,tutti fruit,pumpkin seeds and coloured saunf and add cherry also set in fridge for at least 30 mins Serve it
