  1. 4 cupsdried dates
  2. 1/2lemon juice
  3. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and remove the seed of the dates

    Soak the dates in water for 2-3days in the fridge

    Pour into a blender add more water if necessary and the lemon juice blend till very smooth. enjoy with deserts
