Samosas
I decided to cook samosas for my family for breakfast.
Steps

Take your samosa pockets and fold into triangle shapes.

Mix ndegu with dhania, onions and salt together in one bowl
- 3
Add one tablespoon of the mixture to the pockets then seal using the paste
- 4
Do the same to all pockets.
- 5
Heat deep frying oil then deep the samosas to fry till golden brown on both sides
- 6
Serve with tea
