Fish roll
It is one of the simplest and very easy to make.
Steps

Firstly peel the back of your Irish and dice it into cubes and dices your carrot and cook they.

Wash and cut your fish,put it inside a pot add your seasonings and cook it till it is soft,remove it from the fire and allow it to cool down a bit then you either chop,tear,pound it then u keep it aside.

Wash and Grate the onion and pepper.

Then put a little oil on the fire,add d grated onion,add the pepper and stir it for some times,then add the fish and continue stirring,then add d carrot and arish and keep stirring add alittle butter and add your curry,and continue frying,add your maggi cube,and pinch of salt,add a little drop of water and stir it very well,then close the pot,reduce the flame and alot it to cook for one minute.then your sauce is ready.

For the dough.

Add all the dry ingredients together and mix it very well.

Add the butter and mix it very well.

Then add your eggs gradually then you form a smooth dough.

Knead it very well to make it more softer

Roll out your dough and cut it in a rectangle shape.

Put your fillings and roll it like a mat when your reach d end u use ur egg to rub d side and cover it.

If you are going to bake it then you will rub egg on top again to make it look shiny,but if you are frying it then dont rub d egg on the top.

Heat your oven and bake it or heat your oil and fry it and your fish roll is ready to be served.
