Peel your yam,wash and set aside

Grindyo ur kayan Miya including nutmeg and garlic

Place a pot on fire add palm oil with small sliced onions then you add your seasonings and spice and stir fry then you add hot water to it,stir and cover to boil

Add the peeled yam and cover again until it is well cooked

Add your spinach, stir and add curry then cover for 5minutes
