Now the cherry blossoms 🌸 are so beautiful beside the river in front of my house. And many people come to see 🌸🌸 and party and picnic outside. One of my high school friend visited me and she told about my cake and remembered me this chocolate cake.

60 gflour
60 gsugar
4egg white + 60g sugar

Melt the milk chocolate heating up on boiling water. And melt butter by microwave

Whip egg white and sugar

Whip egg, egg york and sugar.

Mix melted chocolate and butter well.

Combine chocolate mixture and egg+ egg york mixture.

Mix flour

Mix whipped egg white

Bake in 170℃ preheated oven for 45-50 minuets. Please put 1cm boiled water in pan.

Powder white sugar.
