Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlCornflakes
  2. 1/2small bowl peanuts
  3. 1/2small bowl chana dal
  4. 1/2small bowl Sev
  5. 1/2small bowl Aloo bhujia
  6. 2Chopped onions
  7. 2Chopped tomatoes
  8. 4Finely chopped green chillies
  9. 1boiled potato
  10. 1 tspCoriander mint chutney
  11. 1/2 tspTamarind sauce
  12. to tasteSalt acc
  13. As per tasteRed chilli powder
  14. 1Lemon juice
  15. As requiredSalted fried green chillies & coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a non stick pan.
    Add peanuts (moongfali), chana dal, corn flakes in it & dry roast them one by one separately and keep them aside. Roasting all the ingredients will add a crunch & will make bhel tastier.

    Take a bowl.Add roasted moongfali, roasted chana dal, roasted corn flakes in it.

  3. 3

    Next add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, diced boiled potato and all the spices (salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala) in it.

  4. 4

    Mix dry ingredients well. Add chutneys and mix everything nicely or if you don't like it with chutney simply squeeze lemon in it.Mix well.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with chopped coriander, aloo bhujia, sev and salted fried chillies. Your chatpati bhel is ready to eat with a cup of tea.
