Take a non stick pan.
Add peanuts (moongfali), chana dal, corn flakes in it & dry roast them one by one separately and keep them aside. Roasting all the ingredients will add a crunch & will make bhel tastier. - 2
Take a bowl.Add roasted moongfali, roasted chana dal, roasted corn flakes in it.

Next add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, diced boiled potato and all the spices (salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala) in it.

Mix dry ingredients well. Add chutneys and mix everything nicely or if you don't like it with chutney simply squeeze lemon in it.Mix well.

Garnish it with chopped coriander, aloo bhujia, sev and salted fried chillies. Your chatpati bhel is ready to eat with a cup of tea.
