Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspbutter
  2. 1/4 th tsp Cooking oil
  3. 2medium chopped onions
  4. 1medium sized capsicum finely chopped
  5. 2green chilli finely chopped
  6. 3tomatoes finely chopped
  7. HandfulGreen peas & carrot chopped (optional)
  8. 2 packetsMaggi
  9. as neededWater
  10. as neededMaggi Masala
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder (optional)
  12. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder
  13. as per tasteSALT
  14. 1 tspChaat Masala
  15. as requiredCoriander finely chopped for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan and Add cooking oil in it. Add a cube of butter along with oil in a pan.

    Add onions & saute till they change colour or turn translucent.

  3. 3

    Add green chilli & finely chopped capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes at medium to high flame.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and 1 packet of maggie masala. Mix everything nicely

  5. 5

    Cook for 3 4 minutes at low flame or till tomatoes get soft not overcooked.

  6. 6

    Now add maggi.coat it nicely with the cooked veggie masala and pour water & sprinkle left over maggi masala. Put the gas over low to medium flame.Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

    After one boil remove the lid and mix everything gently and let the water evaporate.

  8. 8

    Last but not the least - garnish maggi with chopped coriander leaves. You can also add oregano & chilli flakes if you want to. Sprinkle chaat masala while serving..
