Steps

Heat the pan and Add cooking oil in it. Add a cube of butter along with oil in a pan.

Add onions & saute till they change colour or turn translucent.

Add green chilli & finely chopped capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes at medium to high flame.

Add chopped tomatoes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and 1 packet of maggie masala. Mix everything nicely

Cook for 3 4 minutes at low flame or till tomatoes get soft not overcooked.

Now add maggi.coat it nicely with the cooked veggie masala and pour water & sprinkle left over maggi masala. Put the gas over low to medium flame.Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

After one boil remove the lid and mix everything gently and let the water evaporate.

Last but not the least - garnish maggi with chopped coriander leaves. You can also add oregano & chilli flakes if you want to. Sprinkle chaat masala while serving..
