Poha Aloo Pakoda

This is a snack which is healthy and yummy.

Steps

Wash the poha properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, take the mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, red chilli powder,lemon juice and aamchur. Mix it properly. Add the soaked poha and give it a good mix.

Add salt according to your taste. (You can use soaked bread as a binding agent. It’s optional though)

Make out balls from the dough. And deep fry them. To make it healthier, just make the shapes of Tikkis and tawa fry them.

Your poha pakoras are ready to be served.
