Cadbury Finger Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Cream the butter.

Sift in the flour, icing sugar, and salt.
Mix the dry ingredients and butter until it forms a dough. - 4
Turn out the ball of dough onto a floured surface and roll out into a rectangle about a cm thick.
Square off the edges of your dough and cut finger-sized sticks out of the dough with a pizza cutter or knife. Place the fingers on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 mins on the middle rack, or until lightly brown. - 5
Cool the fingers and melt the chocolate in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl.

Using a fork dip fingers into the chocolate. Allow chocolate to drip off excess chocolate off the finger.

Place the fingers on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and leave chocolate to set. Once set drizzle top of finger biscuits with chocolate and leave to dry. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Place the fingers on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 mins on the middle rack, or until lightly brown.
