Ingredients

  1. kgPrawns-1
  2. Onions-2 medium size(thinly sliced)
  3. bunchCoriander-1 small
  4. Green chillies-10-12
  5. Jeera-1teaspoon
  6. teaspoonTurmeric-1/4
  7. tablespoonsOil for cooking-4-5
  8. Lime-1-2
  9. to tasteSalt according

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil,add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    Grind all the above ingredients together to form a paste and add to the onions

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric to it fry the masala till oil seperates

  4. 4

    Now add the prawns and fry for some time

  5. 5

    Cover the vessel with a lid for 5 minutes and let it cook

  6. 6

    Later remove the lid and fry the prawns on high flame till all the water is dried up

  7. 7

    Add lime juice later to enhance the flavour.
