Sela rice half kg(soak at least 3 hours)then boil with add orange food color 2 cloves and 2 Elaichi (leave it little bit raw up to 1 kanni)
In a pot heat half cup ghee add 2 cloves and 2 Elaichi add boil rice as a first layer then add half kg sugar put the remaining rice as second layer add half cup milk (dissolve with some threads of saffron) cover the lid and cook on slow heat so that the sugar released water when the water dry and the zarda is done garnish with khoya gulab jamans
