Almond walnut oatmeal bars
It’s easy and sugar free too.
Steps

Dry roast oats and almonds and walnuts separately.

Once it cools down put the oats in a grinder and make a coarse powder. Remove in a plate and do the same for the dry fruits.

In a nonstick pan add peanut butter and honey and cook on sim till it smoothens into a sticky paste.

Switch off the flame and add the powdered oats and dry fruits and mix well till everything gets incorporated.

Take a square dish and put a butter paper on the base and put this batter into it and spread evenly around the dish pressing it tight with your fingers and keep it aside to cool down to room temperature.

Cover with a cling film and put it in the fridge preferably overnight. Demould and cut into desired shape.
