Steps

Mix baking powder, salt, oil and curd in flour and knead it properly and allow it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough and apply butter and flour and make four folds

Repeat it 3-4 times and make medium size balls and allow it to rest for 15 minutes

Fill the dough ball with aloo stuffing and tightly seal it
- 5
Press the stuffed dough ball gently with hands and make it flat apply water on one side bake it at 250 degrees for 10 minutes
