First rinse rice, urad dal and fenugreek in a separate bowl for 8 to 10 hours. Grind above mentioned ingredients separately. Now mix well and make it a Idli batter consistency.

Now take two bowls, in one bowl add rose syrup and batter and in another bowl add carrot syrup and mix well.

Take a Idli maker and grease it with oil. Now pour the mixed batter and allow to steam for 20 mins. It's ready to eat.
