Ingredients

400 gish tomatoes, sliced
1 tbspolive oil
3garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 tbspchopped rosemary + a couple of sprigs
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 200C.

In a bowl, toss the tomatoes in the oil. Add the rosemary and garlic.

Put the tomatoes on a lined baking tray. Spoon over any remaining oil. Season. Roast for 15-20 mins.
