Peel the beans wash them clean and pour into a clean bowl diced red pepper, fresh pepper onions and grind into a smooth paste

Add grinded cryfish and veg oil dialute the maggi in warm water and pour in the beans paste mix vigorously to ensure the ingredients are properly mixed

Add the fried flake fish, boiled eggs and scoop into moi moi containers

Arrange the moi moi containers in a steamer and allow to cook. Serve with pap or custard
