Ingredients

  1. 400 gish tomatoes, sliced
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 3garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  4. 1 tbspchopped rosemary + a couple of sprigs
  5. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, toss the tomatoes in the oil. Add the rosemary and garlic.

    Put the tomatoes on a lined baking tray. Spoon over any remaining oil. Season. Roast for 15-20 mins.
