This recipe is special for me because when I have started my cooking journey after marriage I have learned this from my maid who is a villager and i came to know that this is a speciality of kpk region. You will see this on special occasions here in kpk. Although it's very easy but a bit tricky to cook. I hope you will try this too.

Soak suji in water for half an hour first than In a wok add ghee and heat it. Add Cardamoms.Let them crackle.

Now add sugar in it. Melt it on very low flame.It will become light brown in color.

Pour off excess water from suji and add in sugar. Be careful on this stage. Now start mixing it.

On low flame keep on stiring. Till oil separates and raw smell of suji disappear.

Add nuts in it and you can add khoya before serving if you want. Ready to serve

Serve hot.
