#idlyday Quinao and Brown rice makes our healthy idly more nutritious.

To begin making spongy idly first we soak dal,quinao and rice with water for 4 to 5 hoursin separately vessel

Meanwhile we make sambar heat oil in pan put cumin seeds let them crackle add finely chopped onions and tomatoes stir fry little add row mango and then add boiled toordal cook for 10 minutes

After soak grind in grinder together and pour in dabba for overnight for fermentation and then add salt and make idlys in idly mould stand and ssteam for 20 minutes

Mean while make chutney with fresh coconut and coriander green Chilies

Ready to serve delicious quinao idly sambar and chutney
