Leave the matar in water overnight. Take a cooker and add matar and 3 glass of water in it. Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Till that cut all the vegetables like tomato, onion, ginger, green chilli and lemon.

Now, add all chopped vegetables into the cooker. Also add black pepper, salt, kala namak, chana masala, red chilli and garam masala in it. Mix it well for 2-3 minutes.

Then, fry the kulche in a pan with oil.

Now your matar - kulche are ready to eat serve it with coriander leaves.
