Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1/2 bowlpeas
  • 3onion
  • 4tomato
  • 2green chilli
  • 2 spoon paste of garlic and ginger
  • 2 teaspoonkitchen king
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 2 spoonRefined oil
  • 1/2 bowlmalai
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • as neededGreen coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the peas

    Grind onion and tomato seperately

  3. 3

    Hot the refined in 1pan

  4. 4

    Add onion paste in this

  5. 5

    After onion changes it's colour add garlic hinger paste in this

  6. 6

    After 1minutes add tomato paste in this

  7. 7

    Now add all other ingredients kitchen king, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt

    After that add malai

  9. 9

    When gravy is ready add water

  10. 10

    Now on high flame boil this mixture

    After that cook for 20minutes on low flame
