  • 1 cuproasted vermicelli
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 cupcabbage chopped
  • 1 cupboiled green peas
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspmustard and cumin seeds, curry leaves
  • as per need Oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    I use roasted sewai so skip the step for roast heat oil in pan add mustard and cumin seeds let them splatter cut veggies keep aisde

    Add chopped veggies cabbage onions and tomatoes stir fry till onions turn translucent

    Add water bring to boil, then add roasted vermicelli and cook with cover for 10 mints

    Ready to serve hot vermicelli upma as breakfast or dinner as you wish and it's easy to digest and healthy dish
