Steps

Wash Poha nicely. Keep it in strainer.

Take bread slices and cut the brown sides. Dip slices in water. Squeeze out all the water.

Take a bowl. Add soaked Poha. Bread. Rice flour. And all the above mentioned ingredients. Mix very nicely.

Take a square / rectangular shaped vessel. Grease it with oil. Now put the Poha dough in it and press nicely. Keep in fridge for 10 min to set the dough. After that take it out and cut in your desired shape.

Deep fry or shallow fry.
