Wash rice and soak for 20 min.

Soak soyabean.

Heat ghee in a cooker and mix all standing spices.when fry the spices,add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and fry it and add onion and fry it.

Turmeric powder and mix red chilli powder.now fry soyabean and peas mixed in it.grated beetroot and mix it.

After 5 mint.add rice and add garam masala and mix it.

Now add salt and 1/2 cup water and keep the cooker on the glass till it gets 2 whistle.

After leaving.Put coriander leaves and serve it...
