Rosettes

In this, a short story which I would want to share with u .
In my previous recipe , I made khoya khaja , which is a bit difficult , and while making it I got an idea for make it a simple beautiful recipe , then next day which was sunday ;) I tried a new own made recipe , then named it Rosettes...
I love to give the names of my loved ones , and my foods are my kids so I name them ...

Steps

Knead plain flour with a little bit of clarified butter.

Separate in equal portions.

Coloured two portions of dough by red and green and let another part of as simple.

Roll it and make a strip, then add 1 T spn of khoya in it and shape it like rose. make rosettes of all dough.
I do not have pics but it is as the paper rosette like it - 5
Then fry them in a low flame (all sweets are frying in low flame).

For Sugar Syrup:-
add 2 cups of sugar in 1 cup of water then make 1 wire consistency sugar syrup. - 7
After frying the rosettes, put them in sugar syrup for 20 minutes.
