Heat 1tsp ghee in pan add grated coconut roast for 2 minutes, remove from pan.

In same pan heat remaining ghee now add grated potatoes and sugar stir constantly till sugar dissolve properly. Now add coconut, rose water stir constantly till it leaves pan. Add cardamom powder mix properly, transfer to greased plate.

Sprinkle almonds & pistachios slice & let it cool. Now cut into desired shape & relish.
