Cut the Potatoes in small pieces and mango too

In pan take oil on medium flame, add seeds, Asafoetida and potato

Add garlic powder, black salt and cumin powder. Cook potato till golden brown

Now add red chilli powder and peas with lemon juice

Now take this hot potato in plate and garnished with tomato, sev, Chana,Green chutney and onion.
