Steps

Take a fry pan and add 2tsp desi ghee and add cumin in it.

Add paste of garlic and let it be light brown

Now add paste of onion and tomato and mix it..

Now add all spices in it and mix well, now add curd and mix it for few minutes

Add pieces of paneer and mix well for few minutes

Now add milk, after adding milk keep it moving for a long time so that the milk does not break

After this cover it for 5 minutes

Now the yummy and tasty shahi paneer is ready.
