Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3large eggs
  • 3 tbsSoya oil
  • small bulb onion (diced)
  • Medium size red bell pepper(sliced)
  • Small Green pepper (sliced into bits)
  • Few pieces of crayfish
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Break eggs in a bowl. Add onion, pepper, crayfish and salt

  2. 2

    Beat until fluffy. check for salt. Heat oil in a frying pan and pour egg inside

  3. 3

    Reduce the heat and allow to fry for a while and turn around and fry until golden brown, then press frying spoon on top to extract moist. Enjoy 😊
