Mix the dry ingredients all together. Then start pouring water gradually until u make a smooth batter.

Preferably mix with warm water so that it will rise faster. Then cover it tightly to rise.

Then heat oil in a pan. Drop small batter into the oil if it rises up then its hot enough. Start scooping the batter in a circle shape & fry until golden brown. U can put it on a skewer with peppered beef for a yummy combo 😋😋😋
