This is a very healthy breakfast item with easily available items.
Steps

Take oil in a pan add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds, peanuts, hing, green chillies,curry leaves. Add chopped onions, garlic and saute.

Add turmeric powder and add wheat flour and roast till it turns light brown. Add salt.

Add Tamrind pulp/water, jaggery and mix well. Cover with lid and let it steam for 5-10 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
