Peel your potatoes and diced it into two,put on fire and boil it with little salt,the potatoes should not be to soft,drain and set aside

Put oil on your pan and fry the boiled potatoes.chop your veggies and grind ur tattsai nd attarugu or you can also chop them as well

Put back your pan on fire add a little oil on fire and fry ur tattasai,attarugu,ur veggies and salt,seasoning and spice to taste cook on low heat,after stir frying your veggies you put In ur potatoes and mix,close it and let it seamer On low heat and turn carefully occasionally.

.while doing that you break your egg in a bowl add little salt and whisk it,now pour in your egg in the potatoes and stair carefully allow the egg to cook for at least 5min and turn of the heat

Your sultan chips is ready and you can have it as a breakfast or dinner
